It wasn’t as bad as I thought!
I did gain as I knew I would, but it was only a 1lb gain, which I can live with! And I am starting the week super motivated to make sure that nothing from my bad weekend is going to catch up with me next time!
My plan of action for this week is to use the Slimming World food planner online as my food diary and make sure I am drinking plenty of water with the water balance app. Oh and trying to do as much exercise as possible. I will try and get out for at least one run and as the car is in being fixed I need to walk to nursery with Lara and back to get the car when it’s ready so that’s some walking body magic sorted for today all ready.
I also need to make sure I plan plan plan for the beginning of next week when I go back to work. I am determined not to turn to comfort food because going off plan on the diet will just be one more thing to be sad about and I need the positives!
