Just in case I haven’t mentioned it enough since I started blogging again…I’ve had a baby.
Do you know what often happens when you have a baby? You put on weight.
I kept going to my Slimming World group right up until I was 37 weeks pregnant and although I did have good intentions to carry on being healthy for me and baby I couldn’t stop myself from eating more and more (to start with if I wasn’t eating I felt horribly sick) and then the bad habits all came back too.
So needless to say once baby was once I definitely was not a target member anymore and I am sorry to say I still have not got back to target.
Once again I kept going to group but my head was never fully back in the game. I can honestly say losing the weight just wasn’t at the top of my list. So for the last few months my weight has been going up and down like a yoyo. Sometimes even going up higher than after I had Lara so definitely not in the right direction.
However I am happy to say I think I have finally got my slimming head back on and with the exception of my friends wedding last weekend I have been eating on plan and the weight loss has begun. I still weigh a little more than when I first started slimming world but I have got to target once so I know I can do it again!
And to keep me on track I will be blogging about my Slimming World journey. What I am eating, new recipes and weigh day results!
